Terms of Payment
Net 30 days with prior approval. A 1-1/2% per month (18% annually) late fee will be charged on all past due invoices. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned check.
Wire Transfer. A $25.00 service fee must be added to each transfer. Letter of Credit. Fastorq must receive a pre-advice of the LC for approval. Credit Card. We accept most major credit cards.
Minimum Order
Single orders must total $50.00 net price. Exceptions are made for next day or second day air only.
Freight Terms
Delivery is F.O.B. shipping point. Title of product transfers upon delivery to carrier at point of shipment. Transportation charges shall be paid by the purchaser. Delivery by carrier will be at customer’s risk.
Availability
Promises of delivery are given as accurately as conditions will permit and every reasonable effort will be made to effect deliveries as scheduled. Fastorq assumes no liability for damages arising out of failure to deliver material as promised.
Cancellation
Orders accepted by the company are not subject to cancellation by customer except with the written consent of Fastorq and upon terms which will indemnify Fastorq against loss or damage occasioned by such cancellation.
Returns
No merchandise is to be returned without prior written authorization from Fastorq. Material must be in new and saleable condition. Returns sent with an offsetting order will be placed in stock with no restocking charge. A 25% restocking charge will be deducted from credit on parts returned without an offsetting order. Authorized returns must be sent freight prepaid.
